in the heart of Speyside in Moray.
Explore the beautiful landscape this area has to offer, from rugged coastal paths
to meandering rivers For the enthusiastic walker, there are many areas to investigate
- the Speyside Way is on our doorstep, and a little further afield, there's the
Cairngoms National Park to the south and Loch Ness to the west.
For the devoted angler, we are surrounded by great rivers for fishing, including the River Spey (fishing permits are required) For those who enjoy a tipple, there are no less than
50 distilleries to visit on the Malt Whisky Trail It's all on your doorstep at Burnroy House

THINGS TO DO

Whisky Trail
With 50 distilleries in easy reach, we are perfectly located for exploring the world famous malt whisky trail.

Fishing
For the devoted angler, we are surrounded by great rivers including the River Spey. Please note that fishing permit are often required.

Linn Falls
An absolute 'must' when in Aberlour. A beautiful woodlands path reveals the splendour of the Linn of Ruthrie, more commonly known as Linn Falls.

Walking
There are many areas to investigate ranging from The Cairngorms National Park, Loch Ness and The Speyside Way

Ballindalloch Castles
Only 15 minutes away, you will discover one of the finest surviving examples of a Scottish Baronial Castle.
Tourists flock from around the globe to visit this ‘Pearl of the North’.

Dog Walking
A number of tracks into extensive woodland right from our front door. A short drive away and you are spoiled for choice with rivers, coastal walks, beaches and much more.

Travelling from Aberdeen, Aberlour or Elgin:
When entering the village turn into the track at the 2nd layby on the right.
Travelling from Inverness, Forres:
Drive straight through the village you are about to leave the village turn in to the track at the 1st layby on the left.
